Managing Subscription

Immediately after your first subscription order we will send you an email asking you to activate your account. The email will ask you to set up your password. Please use the email address that you used for your subscription, otherwise we will not be able to link your orders to the account. If you have missed this step, please email us on hey@livefullstop.com and we can resend you the activation code.

 

To log-in to your account on your mobile you will need to select the drop down menu button (top left) and then select "Log-In". On a desktop you can click on the account button which is in the top right corner of the screen, second from the right. Once you have logged in to your account, you will be able to see your past orders. To change your future orders, including cancelling, you will need to click on "Manage Subscriptions", which is located underneath your name. From here you will be able to make all the required amendments.

 

All amendments should be made in the customer account by the customer. In situations where a customer has technical problems logging into their account, please email us on hey@livefullstop.com or contact us via our live chat function. Until a response is obtained from us, the request will not be classed as being processed or actioned.
